Smart Gun-User Guide
- Log in on the home screen of your Smart Gun application.

- Click Select a location.

- Select a location.

- Click Select applicator.

- Select an applicator.

- Click Today’s Orders.

- Available Orders display. Double-click desired Order (in this lesson, there is only one order available).

- Order Products display. To make adjustments, double-click the desired product.

- Clicking in the Units field allows you to change the type of unit.

- Click Done to go back to the previous screen.

- Clicking in the Per field allows you to select either per acre or per 100 gal.

- Click Done to go back to the previous screen.

- Click OK.

- Click Create Batch.

- The Batch Information can be modified if needed by clicking in the desired field. The Batch Amount automatically adjusts if the Acres or Spray Rate are modified. For example, if the current Spray Rate is modified from 10 to 12, the batch amount will automatically adjust to (in this example) 600.


- Under Weather Conditions click in the Temperature field to add the temperature. (Clicking the drop-down button allows you to choose Fahrenheit or Celsius.)

- Click Done to go back to the previous screen.

- Under Weather Conditions click in the Wind Speed field to add the wind speed.

- Under Weather Conditions click in the Wind Direction field to add the wind direction. Scroll on your screen for additional selections. Click Done to go back to the previous screen.

- Scroll down on your screen for Inventory Source. Click in the Location field to select a location.

- Select a location. Click Done to go back to the previous screen.

- Click in the Warehouse field to select a warehouse.

- Select a warehouse. Click Done to go back to the previous screen.

- Click Load Batch.

- Products will display. To load products to the batch, click and hold on the product. The product will be moved to the batch. (Repeat until all products are moved to the batch).


- Once products are moved to the batch, a notification will appear stating “All Products Loaded.” The Fill Tank instruction and the Rate will display. Click OK.

- A Batch Summary and an Order Summary will display. You have the option to Start New Batch or as in this example, to click the Order Done button.

- Once the order is done, if there is product left, “Input the amount in gallons to carry over to the next order” in the Carry-Over field.

- If all of the product has been used, the tank must be rinsed before new product is added. Click the Tank Rinsed? Box.

- Click the Cleaning Agent? box.

- Click OK.

- A notification will appear asking to Confirm order completion. Click Yes.

- The Orders screen will display remaining orders to be batched (in this example, there are no orders left). If you have more orders, you may start the process over here.
